The Founder firmly believes that the first response to reopening of assessment u/s 148 need to be drafted well & uploaded in portal .It ensures favourable legal remedy at later appellate level at minimum cost of legal fee even if AO doesn’t accept the explanation at primary stage in newly evolving Faceless assessment. Similarly response to notice u/s 263 or Notices for Prosecution etc by PCIT/CIT need expert drafting at the 1st stage itself.

Mr.Subhash Bains (Ex-IRS) who has retired as Principal Commissioner of Income Tax after having experience in Government of India for 37 Years, is the promoter & guiding light to the clientele of the group.There are other experts associated who have domain knowledge in the services offered by the company. An apt drafting and timely uploading of replies is key to avoid avoidable tax liability in the new system of Faceless assessment and Appeals.

We have strategic collaboration with Plutus Advisory Pvt Ltd, head office at Vadodara, Gujarat to handle exclusively the work in Mumbai & Thane region and/or IT litigation assignment pan-India.
